We were falling behind on our mortgage when we contacted House Buyer Network. Not only did they help us sell our property, but it was sold quickly and with real class.

We were able to save our credit and walk away from the closing table with cash in our pockets. What a big relief! Thanks House Buyer Network.

Installment Contract/Land Contract

Very similar to Loan Assumption and Subject-To,
but the buyer will make monthly payments to the seller, and the seller will pay the lender.
Once the home is paid off, the deed will transfer over to the buyer.

Installment contracts are generally used when the buyer intends to live at the property rather than use the purchase as an investment.
