House Buyer Network Unveils New Quarterly Recognition Program
Awards recognize top real estate performances across North America.
CHICAGO, IL (July 11, 2006) — Today at the Craig Proctor Real Estate SuperConference in Chicago, Illinois, House Buyer Network unveiled the new recognition program for its MotivatedRELeads.com subsidiary and announced the first of the quarterly awards that will be given out to real estate agents who have been the most successful assisting home sellers through House Buyer Network.
The Pinnacle Award is awarded nationally to an agent who has achieved over 100 new listings in the previous quarter using MotivatedRELeads. The Phoenix Award is awarded to agents in each region that achieve $2 million in transaction sides.
The Pinnacle Award
The first ever Pinnacle Award went to Todd Walters, owner of Todd Walters and Associates in Atlanta, Georgia. Todd has been a partner of House Buyer Network since August 2005, has one of the top agent teams in the U.S., and has consistently raised the bar in helping families buy and sell their homes quickly and efficiently.
In Q2 2006, Walters and his team recorded an all-time record of 143 new listings and over 200 transaction sides through MotivatedRELeads—a total of more than $30 million dollars in transactions.
"We heard that there was a real estate slowdown, but we decided not to participate," said Walters on his record-setting quarter. "I established Todd Walters and Associates just two years ago, and we are on track to achieve an all-time record of more than 750 listings this year."

Derby Perez (www.AskDerby.com) is based in northern New Jersey and had an outstanding Q2 with 15 listings totaling over $7.5 million in value. His success with MotivatedRELeads has led him to actually double his staff by hiring 8 additional agents. Frank Prindle (www.FrankPrindle.com) of northern Virginia had a great Q2, coming in with five listings totaling $1.5 million and closing two more for a total of $650,000. Prindle is currently converting 30% of all home sellers seeking his solutions through House Buyer Network. "I began service with House Buyer Network in mid-March of this year, and this has been a tremendous boost to our company. Believe it or not, I had an owner of another real estate agency that had her own house listed and couldn't sell it, so she sought me out. What an incredible program."
The Florida region Phoenix Award went to Michael Briche (www.MichaelBriche.com). A twenty-year real estate veteran, Briche covers Fort Lauderdale and has been a House Buyer Network partner since March 2006. He listed 9 properties totaling $3.1 million in Q2 and has a closing pipeline in excess of $2 million.
Aaron Kinn (www.AaronKinn.com) began his real estate career just three years ago, but he has quickly propelled himself into the upper echelon of agents in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Kinn listed 27 properties totaling $3.8 million in Q2 and had eight closings for $1.25 million. "I am proud of my association with not only Craig Proctor and his outstanding training, but with House Buyer Network and their method of lead generation. Between the two systems, we have developed a lethal process for selling homes quickly and painlessly."
West Coast Region
The West Coast Phoenix Award went to two outstanding agents from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bryan Pellican (www.BryanPellican.com) had 10 listings in Q2 for a total of $3.5 million, closed two transactions for $550,000, and has three closings in the pipeline for over $1 million.
Jim Petty (www.JimPetty.com) in south Las Vegas had 14 listings in Q2 totaling $4.4 million. He also closed six transaction sides totaling $1.8 million and has a $2.5 million closing pipeline.
Covering San Diego, Chuck McGuffie (www.ChuckMcGuffie.com) listed 20 properties in Q2 totaling more than $9 million and closed six transactions totaling more than $2.5 million.
